I called Cool Air USA yesterday night right before they closed and they took down my information and said someone would call back. They called back first thing this morning and scheduled service for the same morning and they were very friendly and quick service. Ac technician was friendly and showed me the things he was doing and explained why I needed certain things and communicated very well. Fixed my AC up for me within an hour! Great service. Also bought my AC from Cool Air USA five years ago and its still running great!
