The technician came at the agreed time and started working immediately. He explained what was wrong and after agreeing on the price started repairing the unit with new materials and very expertly. He taught me how to maintain the unit , he made sure it was working properly and cooling correctly. Advised on the proper use of filter, bleach and water and he left the space spotless. He was very polite and friendly and demonstrated excellent knowledge. It was a pleasure to have him repair the unit. I will always call CoolAir again.
