This was our second time using Cool Air USA and once again, it was a quick and smooth process from calling customer service line to get an appointment to getting the job completed. Service tech Jose called 20 mins before arriving and once on property was able to give his recommendations and provide quotes after doing his AC inspection. Our AC unit needed to have the Drain Pan cleaned and once clearance was obtain from our Property Manager with Certificate of Insurance provided, he was able to get the job done same day. Will certainly use Cool Air USA again for future maintenance.
