Cool Air was the second, and much lower, estimate we got for a new AC but their service was first rate. From the first call and quick response to get a no-frills quote (can’t recall the name of the guy who came but he was really nice with no phony "salesmanship" spiel), it was a good experience. Technicians, Bill & Marlon, arrived on time for the installation, wore their masks and were always professional and courteous. They worked consistently to get the job done and were very helpful in explaining everything they were doing and making sure it was an organized process. Great work! I would definitely recommend Cool Air to anyone I know looking for a solid AC company.
