Drain line incorrectly installed
Drain line was set with some tension on the connecting PVC joint. This is the second time it has broken in the first 6 months of the new unit. Boy am I glad it was Richie who came out to help. He adjusted the PVC length instead of just fixing the broken joint, so the issue should be resolved for good. He also helped clear some room for clearance of the closet door, which was necessary for the unit to operate effectively.
My man Richie is the best!
