I don't usually write reviews when a job is just well done. But in this case, Cool Air deserves the time spent on writing this one.
I have dealt with this company for over three years now. I bought a new AC unit from them and they resolved all problems related to its operation regardless of who was to blame.
I live in an 18th floor condo that has recurring problems with the cooling towers that caused my AC unit to shut down frequently.
Cool Air went as far as to hire a third party to verify the cooling water pressure at their own expense, to isolate the problem and show where the problem was.
If it wasn't for their help, the building's management would had not taken responsibility for the problem.
Cool Air was willing to keep coming to check he unit every time it stops working because of maintenance being performed to the tower until the building installed an extra pump that resolved the issue.
Their personnel is capable and always courteous, focus in finding a solution and just on putting the blame on someone or something. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
