David, the service representative was very kind and understanding of the situation with Jim who as.disabled senior lives in the unit and I live in NJ and help him manage the property. David was very knowledgeable and presented the solution to the AC repair that was easy to understand. David made sure that all questions were answered which gave me the confidence being long distance that the repair work was needed. I appreciate also the effort of the quick response to the service call. Thank you
