The company that installed our AC and maintained it for many years closed down, and I finally called Cool Air USA to replace the burnt-out UV light and resume our maintenance service after reading MANY outstanding reviews. I submitted a request online and someone called me back immediately. They were willing to come out the next morning, which was a Sunday, and when I said there was no need for someone to come on a Sunday morning they said "It's nothing, we work every day!" However, it was not an urgent matter so I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning between 9am and noon. The tech arrived at 9 on the dot, and put on complete protective gear from face mask to shoe coverings before entering my home. He did a thorough examination of the whole system, both inside and outside components. I already knew that an extensive catching-up service and cleaning was needed, but he still took photos of every part and went over each with me to describe what was needed and what he was going to do, along with the cost for each item. He took another set of photos of everything after the work was done. The system was completely overhauled and the work was beautifully done - the entire job took about 3 hours from start to finish. A final comprehensive report with the work order detailing every single thing that was done with itemized costs, and including all of the before and after photos (28 photos in all) was compiled into a great PDF document and emailed to me immediately after the work was completed. Needless to say, I have found my new "forever" AC service provider, and will be calling Cool Air USA for everything AC in the future.
