Thank you for sending Leo out to take a look at this issue. He was extremely polite and found the problem immediately.

As mentioned in my request for a service call, we had a complete service done in January but continued to have issues with drying clothes . Bit the bullet and a new dryer, which was delivered last Friday. The new dryer has a warning that alerts you if the duct is blocked and it kept coming on., hence my call to you.

Obviously a complete and thorough job was not done the first time and I am out of pocket $$$$$ as apparently the dryer was NOT the issue.
