I thought my air conditioning inside unit was leaking. Of course it was a Sunday, but I knew that Cool Air USA would respond. They came out within a few hours of my call. Omer, the technician was wonderful. After testing everything, he determined that it was not my A/C unit after all, but instead it was my water heater! Omer helped me clean up and lay new towels on the floor and tried to block the leak, although it was not his job to do so. I couldn't ask for better service. They are all fantastic.
