installer michael got here first thing in the AM. ready to work until he fixed any problem he found. not one hesitation on going under the house , a clean and spacious area, and see if the intake or outake duct attached to the unit that had been cut and left undone until the next day installer saw it and had a student fix it. what michael saw was a mess of mastic. he got concerned but when he got up to it he was relieved and i was too that it was a mess but it was sealed. he also told me they were all on hangers and it looked like they were recently done,, they were done about 5 years ago when i had two small tears fixed and they guy also hung them up to prevent any more tears. i am so glad michael was able to reassure me that the duct fixed by a student who said he did not know how to do that. after two incidents on my year young unit i was very concerned that that duct was never sealed up. so now all that is left is to find the reason for the two problem times with my unit. i hope he will be the one to return if/when i call and say it happened again, please send someone now. i regained trust now that i had such good service by michael and hope he will do any follow up services.
i try not to ever refer people. i tell them to look into things themselves. i do not want people to get mad at me if there is a problem.
