From the reminder call that the technician would be there, the next day, to the call from the technician Andrew, that he was on his way, (in the time stated) everything went without a hitch! He explained as he went along, showed pictures of parts installed and did not do anything that was not authorized by me. Andrew was courteous, and cleaned up afterwards.
