Although the technician arrived outside the appointment window, he called to alert me he was running late. I can’t say enough good things about Darlan Castillo ( hopefully I got the spelling right)....he was courteous, friendly and professional. He went out of his way to make the inspection as unobtrusive as possible. He took pictures which he left with a copy of the work order and the cost was as advertised...no gimmicks. I would definitely recommmend Cool Air USA to friends based in this experience.
