The day before our holiday my AC stopped working. My wife panicked since we invited 16 guests to join us for dinner. I called Cool Air USA and I was told that Michael will call me shortly. Whithin an hour Michael called and told me that he is on his way. After checking the unit Michael showed me that the air handler is wet and rusty. He recommended looking into a new unit since my AC is 15 years old. After finding the problem he replaced the transformer, realy and rewire all burned wires. After 2 hours the system was working again.
