We were able to get a repairman at our home the same night we needed it. He came very late but was courteous and efficient. He figured out Theo to Len and while he didn’t have the part to fix it, he was able to hurt rig the system to work until another repairman could come to replace the broken part. If this were a review of the s cons person it would not be a good review because he came and took over 2 hours to figure out that the part he brought was faulty. We now have to be home a third time to get it fixed.
