i called this company for service,i just moved into my deveolpment in the late evening,the tech was very sorry he could not get in,i am in the business 25 years,the next day on a saturday,the tech was here by 10:30,he was very relaxed no pressure,he blew the drain line (i suspected that was the problem) charged me the going rate to blow the line.I highly reccommend this company for all my a/c needs
