I waited 2 days for Anthony because he was working on a big job in another city. I could've called anyone else, but I had one service call with him about a year ago and such was the impression he made on me, that when I called two days ago and learned he wouldn't be available until today, I agreed to wait for him. Seriously, don't waste your time going anywhere else. He even went out of his way to show me how to maintain my unit and even replaced my filters for me (unsolicited). Can't say enough about Anthony and Cool Air Inc. Keep up the good work!
