I've been using Cool Air at my house and my two stores for over 5 years, and they always come through in the clutch. Even on those on super hot days when you know they're probably getting bombarded with calls, they're able to get people out there. All the techs I've met personally have been professional and friendly but my absolute favorite is Solason Lacourt Jr. (aka Junior). If you're lucky enough to get him as your tech (try to request him by name, if possible), you'll be happy you did because he's just such a cool guy! Don't let his young looks fool you, this guy has been doing this a very long time and has a wealth of knowledge that he's happy to bestow upon you if you're so inclined. Long story short, although I trust Cool Air USA as a whole, I know that when Junior is on the job I'm not just in good hands....I'm in great hands!!
