Called for service on unit CoolAir installed in 2015. Excellent service by David
I requested service for my unit that was installed in 2015, it had freezed several times in two months. David was the technician assigned and he was excellent, very professional. He went step by step verifying the unit and found the issue, explained with detail the options and the cost while answering all the questions I had. They will replace the coil the day after tomorrow.
