Cool Air USA contacted me immediately after I requested an authorized installer for the installation of my newly purchased Nest thermostat. A young lady called me to set up the appt; she scheduled it the same day and gave me the approx fees for the sales call and installation. David called me approx 30 min before the scheduled appt to let me know that he was on his way- as promised. I was very impressed with his professionalism and courteous demeanor.
