Ricardo took care of our service appointment and was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He not only did what he had come to do, that is provide a scheduled maintenance of our AC but went a step further and diagnosed a problem with the Thermostat as well. Even though he had no experience with AC thermostats, he tried his best to offer a quick fix, which took him much more time then he was scheduled for. Although he didn't fix the problem, he made a gallant effort and advised me who to talk to @ Cool Air USA. Ricardo was so polite and pleasant, I even gave him a $10.00 Tip for his lengthy service call. Thankyou Cool Air and esp. Ricardo!
