I requested air duct cleaning service from Cool Air USA and would definitely use their services again, I was able to get someone to my home within a couple of days of my call, and I was charged exactly the rate I was quoted. I received friendly, professional and courteous service, all my questions were answered by the young man that came to my home. He was very knowledgeable and did not mind answering my questions or explaining. I was also contacted the day prior to confirm my appointment for the next day, and I received a call on the morning of my appointment. I definitely recommend Cool Air USA. :-)
