The job performed by A/C Technician Anthony Rocco was beyond outstanding. In a matter of hours he took our absolutely filthy air conditioner (inside and out) and practically converted it to a gleaming state of renewal and cleanliness. In addition he removed all the air ducts, fully cleaned them while attaching a large air suction machine to clean the ducts, followed by reinstalling and adjusting the ducts.

His work was impeccable coupled to an excellent attitude. He’s definitely a very strong asset to the company and I hope this note will serve as both a recommendation for COOL AIR USA and also a catalyst for pecuniary recognition of Mr. Rocco.
