I have to let everyone in South Florida know how great this company is. After Hurricane Irma, we had damage to much of our outdoor equipment.... in particular, our pool and spa heaters. After spending a month of various appointments with other service providers, I finally found Cool Air USA. I admit, that I was surprised to learn that they worked on pool heaters, as I assumed they were all about Air Conditioning. They were friendly and professional on the phone, and scheduled a service call immediately. When Orlando showed up, he got right down to business. I told him that everyone else said that it had died in the storm, and that I would need to buy a new one. He insisted on checking for himself, and I am so happy and thankful that he did. He knew within 10 minutes of opening the system, that it could be repaired and only needed a couple of new parts. The company ordered them, and when arrived......he installed them and now we have our heater working again like magic. He really saved us thousands of dollars, which would have been the cost of a new one. Anyway, I give Orlando and Cool Air USA, the highest recommendation ever. Thank you so much!!!!
