The central A C stopped working around 11ish on a weekday night.... I made calls to A) prior service company; B) 2 online companies that advertised "emergency service and C) Cool Air USA .
Cool Air was the sole service that called me back within the hour and walked me thru a quick fix of the "emergency shut off" to restore temp service immediately ! The technician arrived promptly the next day; he was was clear, intelligent and very well informed on our system... the blockage in our drain was cleared and we received excellent advice on properly maintaining the A C System. Also, was very professional in so far as consulting his Managemen for the best prices available for this Senior customer.
