My ac turned off at 10pm after cooking dinner I couldn't reach the company that installed my unit I called Cool Air USA and I had a tech at my aprtmejt with in an hour his name was Omer he checked the unit he also explained to me what was good on the people that installed the unit was wired for gas not electric he rewired the unit and drain my line and my unit was up and running in about 30 mins I was at home with 4 kids in the Florida heat thank you for making this easy and hassle free
