I had an issue with my thermostat and the company sent a technician to my house a couple of hours later.. David, the technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and fast. He clearly explained to me what the problem was, (I also had a problem with the hard start) and showed me step by step what he was doing. He also check the freon. It's the second time in three years that I call that company, and I am very happy with their services. I highly recommend them.
