I called Miami AC Experts/Cool Air USA this afternoon after searching for a decent AC repair service all morning. It was 85 degrees in my apt, and every other company I called needed an up front deposit over the phone and couldn't send someone out until Monday. Cool Air USA said they could send someone out same day (b/w 5-8pm) and a dx would only be $29. Xavier (Truck 42) showed up *on time* at 6pm (first time I've had an on call AC service here - and I call every 6-9 months for repairs). He was very thorough in explaining what the issue was, showed me every step of the repair process, and even gave me recommendations on how to prevent this in the future. I've lived in this apt for 3 years and have called for AC repairs 4 times - the issue I've had could have easily been fixed in the past had the techs done the proper maintenance. I'll definitely be calling back for the repairs and will request Xavier personally. By far the best customer service I've seen in Miami in a long time.
