I would recommend this tech Efrain. He was excellent.
I bought this a/c 2012 and have spent over 3000.00 to fix it already. The tech Efrain did and excellent job but I cannot understand how Cool Air USA installed a 2 ton a/c when it should have recommended a 3 ton.Now I have spent almost as much as I paid for the unit. It seems now I may need a new unit. I am not happy about the whole situation.I have a five year contract and still have to pay 175.00 to flush a drain line.Why get a contract?
