Came home from the Keys late Sunday night to no A/C. Technician showed up on time and stayed until 1:00am trying to troubleshoot and fix the AC. Next morning the company ordered my part and installed it as promised. All of this occurred one day before July 4th. What could have ended in a disaster ended up being professionally resolved by a committed group of employees.

My old A/C company never responded nor followed up as they were busy on an installation. Needless to say Cool Air USA will be my new AC provider. From the way they answer the phone to the level of service the technicians provided in the field, they operate with the correct scale and customer service any organization would be satisfied in achieving.
