Xavier did an excellent job today. He called before he came, arrived ahead of schedule, and then diagnosed the problem with our AC unit.
This was our first time using Cool Air USA. I called because they were recommended in Best Pick Reports. I am very pleased I did. Xavier advised me what was needed, told me the cost, and proceeded as soon as we gave approval. He worked outside in hot humid temperatures and did a thorough job.
