We had to call Cool Air to report a problem we had with our AC and in no time, Adam, in Customer Service had someone over in less that 5 hours and the problem was diagnosed with repair the following day. Good Job Rolando (Service Tech) and Souci (who, by the way got here at 9:30 pm after having worked the entire day) and spent an hour assessing our problem) which Rolando fixed the following day...I highly recommend this service!
