I used them after reading all the positive reviews. I drive a Jaguar & was having trouble shifting into Drive position. I just knew it was going to cost a fortune to repair. I dropped my car off & within a couple of hours Joanna called to tell me a bolt was loose. They were able to tighten the bolt & the car worked fine. They told me there was NO CHARGE. I couldn't believe it! You don't hear that too often. They could have really taken advantage of me and charged hundreds. I really appreciate their Honesty & Integrity. I will recommend Eagle in Mesquite to anyone in need of an Honest Transmission repair shop!
