I am completely unhappy with the results of the service I received from Jerry's Carpet Cleaning Company. They used what appeared to be only water to clean the carpet; there was no cleaning solution used. My carpet was in better shape before he came. I would not recommend him under any circumstances to anyone. When I bought this to his attention, he let me know about the extent of his knowledge and what he can do to have this information removed from his record.
