Very UNPROFESSIONAL attitude and conduct. I confirmed an appoint on March 1, 2019 by text at 1:35 p.m as directed for service on 1 p.m on March 4, 2019. On the day of service, March 4, 2019 at 12:45 I received a called to confirm appointment at 1:00 p.m. Again at 12:49 and asked how many rooms (2) and again at 12: 51 and cancelled with NO EXPLANATION.
