From the office staff to the actual workers that came out to replace my furnace, I was very happy with the service provided by Airquip Heating & Air Conditioning. My old furnace gave out which led to a very scary situation. I had to call 911 because I smelled smoke. The Firemen came and checked it out and told me I needed to call my heating guy. So I called, and they sent someone over to me within twenty minutes. I was thankful they were so responsive and kind.

He patiently took the time to explain to me in laymen terms what was wrong with my old furnace, what the cost would be to replace parts versus purchasing a new furnace. They went out and bought me two heaters for the night, because it was freezing in my house, and scheduled a time to come back the following day. They made sure I would be warm enough before they left for the night.

I ended up buying a new furnace that turned out to be energy efficient. Reggie called me and told me that there was a rebate to go with my new furnace and he kindly walked me through that stuff. Reggie was very good about being clear with explaining things to me throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable about the bills and helped sort out the pricing for me.

Everyone who works for this company is amazing. I can only assume that they go the extra mile for all of their customers, but they certainly made me feel very important. It was a great experience for me and I am very pleased with the results.
