Our puppy chewed a PaperMate Inkjoy gel pen in the middle of our living room carpet two days before our house for sale went up for showing. Doc's had been recommended highly by our carpet store, but we had not yet called them for cleaning. A friendly voice answered my frantic phone message within a few minutes and arranged for someone to come out that afternoon as they had a cancellation. (She sounded like they would have arranged it quickly anyway.) A confident, reassuring technician worked his magic on the black streaky 8 inch diameter spot and no residual left except a barely visible pale yellowish color which blended in with the light beige carpet. Very reasonable price too. Doc's is great!
