AC with home warranty

Worst Company ever!!! We had to use them due to our home warranty. However Valerie and Terry are the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever dealt with!!! It's been 9 days and still no ac. Spoke with Terry and he told me to take my business elsewhere due to the fact that I was upset. Well I'd like to see him go without ac for 9 days!!! I urge you not to use them!!!! If this is who your home warranty is dispatching to your house then tell them you don't want to use them. Things won't ever get done. The bad thing is they cashed our check already...funny how that works!!! How can you get paid for a service that was not delivered??? I have them a 1 stat because it's the lowest available, but it should be a negative star rating!!!!!!!!!

I’m sorry we were unable to meet your expectations. Since you use a home warranty company a clarification is needed. Home Warranty Companies supply all replacement equipment and we are not allowed to provide it. Because if this there are often huge delays especially during the hottest months. It’s sad to say this is something we have no control over and many times people feel that we are the problem. I assure you there is absolutely no benefit to our company to have people waiting and actually causes us to look bad. This is something to keep in mind when choosing to use a home warranty.
