Poor customer service and communication.
It was hard to get a hold of the company. When we called it kept going straight to an answering machine. No one was there to guide us on what the next step would be. When they finally came to install our air conditioning system, it was about a 14 hour event. When they had spoken with us before they told us the absolute most it would take would be 5 hours.
