When a wall of my home lost electricity, I thought, great I am going to have to wait forever and lord knows what condition my home will be in when they leave. I also thought "there goes my savings". But when I called Prolectric they were able to send out a technician that day. Keith Gilbert was friendly, explained to me what he was doing, got right to work and was able to fix my issue for WAY LESS than I anticipated. When he left, he was more of a friend than a technician. There was some small sheet rock damage that occurred with the repair and Keith arranged for a crew to show up the next day to repair it. The crew he sent was on time and just as courteous and efficient. Mike, Danny and Victor also got right to work and did a remarkable job in the short time period that I had available. Knowing that I had guests coming in that day, Mike, Danny and Victor even helped me dust, vacuum, and clean up any remanence that was left behind from the repair.
