I had a 4 hour window (most companies give a 2 hour window) for an electrician to come to my house for a quote. They were supposed to come between 10am and 2 pm. No one. I called at 2 pm and was told that he would not be here soon. Could they not have called at 10am to say it would be after 1 perhaps? I wasted 4 hours of my day waiting at home. I will notify Home Depot to tell them how unreliable Mr. Electric of Phoenix is.
