Having been a manager of an auto body shop, I was surprised when the old guy at the counter shouted at me for an address. Very rude. Only coming for an emissions test which I passed for the last 15 years. With zero alterations to the car, suddenly I was required to have 4 catalytic converters instead of the 2 that passed previously. They had good explanation and diagrams but didn't fool me. They are crooks. Do not go there. You will pay for way more than necessary.
