I went in to Mater Muffler because I had my inspection done there before and it seemed like a decent place. This time was different though. I walked in to ask about getting my vehicle inspected and renewing my vehicle registration and the gentleman at the front desk didn't even look up from the computer. He was extremely rude and not helpful. I left and would never go back. I would not recommend this auto shop to anyone. Honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
