Great service. This furnace failure could have & normaly would have been solved by replacing the draft-motor & computer board, as the draft motor & the mother-board appeared to be faulty. (Over $1000 to replace both units.) However the tech discovered a faulty connector pin in a harness that was not allowing full electrical contact with the board. (this is the integrity part). So rather than procced swaping ouT the board & motor, he repositioned the pin, plugged the cable back on the mother board. AND MY FURNACE IS ALIVE AGAIN! This tech absoluty put my welfare in the matter as a first priority over the profit motive 2 installed new major components would have yielded his company. OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!
