Terrible service

Terrible, non-existent service! This November we purchased 3 appliances from Youngs. We live in Glen Ellyn and all of our family members have bought from Youngs for years and we like to support small local businesses. The service was non -existent. The washer and dryer promised never delivered for 2 months - no phone calls, no explanation. We went to Sears and got a better duo in two days for the same $$$. We will never purchase from Youngs again. Sad for Glen Ellyn!!!

We are sorry for our inability to deliver a product in a timely manner. However, the product in question has been on a back order status since Black Friday in November from the manufacturer. Had the product been available Young's would have delivered it as soon as it could be arranged. It would be unthinkable for our business to sit on a sold order for any length of time. However, we would agree that a call to reiterate the back order could have been made. We are sorry for any inconvenience and hope that anyone that reads this review understands that Young's does not control things like availability or manufacturing of product. We offer knowledge of products, order what the customer wants, deliver the items when they are available and service them when they don't perform as required.
