Spinal Interventions

Horrible and they only want your money

Ashley Donaldson lied repeatedly during my brief time working with them. It was nearly impossible to get phone calls returned. When they were returned questions were simply ignored. When the coronavirus became a concern I contacted them about if they would still like to come in. I was told they would contact me and let me know. They contacted me after I had been waiting in their lobby for over 30 minutes. They then told me I would have to come back in two weeks. Ashley changed my medication without speaking with me and became irrationally irate when I asked her why. Additionally after going to the appointment to only sit in the lobby and then be told I would have to come back in a week they changed my appointment a second time without speaking to me. They only reason I found out was because I called to confirm that if I came in again they would actually see me this time. I was then told that the appointment had been changed. I asked why they claimed I had made the change, but could not provide anything to support the claim. I even asked what date, and time I had supposedly called in to make the change. They couldn’t provide anything to support their claim.

Additionally I told them that I would prefer a solution other than opioids. However they never offered anything. Finally I informed them that they were not working out. Ashley seemed to take this as a personal insult and acted in the single most unprofessional manner that I have had the misfortune of experiencing. She flipped her lid when I asked her why she had changed my medication without discussing it. Additioanlly despite the fact that I repeatedly told her that I didn’t want spinal interventions to fill anymore prescriptions Ashley did sent prescriptions to my pharmacy. She is completely incapable of listening to patients.

I have finally had to file a complaint with the dopl. Ashley’s response was to attempt to falsify her actions in an attempt to discredit me. Fortunately I had recorded all of my interactions with her and the rest of spinal interventions. I have turned this over to the authorities for criminal slander, the dopl to review her totally unprofessional attitude, and my attorney to begin malpractice proceedings. With any justice Ashley will no longer be allowed to continue to practice medicine. I urge anyone considering using spinal to reconsider and look at a place like alpine pain and rehabilitation of Utah. They offer real solutions and are more concerned with their clients than with how much they can make off you.

PS. I would also like to add that during the height of the coronavirus and in direct contradiction to cdc guidelines spinal intervention also tried to get my very good friend to go through with an epidural for his back. This is known to cause your immune system to weaken, but they didn’t seem to care. Spinal interventions is simply interested in your money. Oh and Ashley enjoy your future chiropractic seminar, because that is as close to a doctor you are going to be shortly you fraud.
