I wrote a review before about the trees I got from them. I want to change it but could not find the one that I wrote. So here goes the new one . Ignore the other one.I got a cheery , an apricot ,a quince tree and blackberry bush and elderberry bush,Except quince all of them are fine. I wrote a review about the trees that were doing poor . They immediately reached me and ask if there is anything that they can do for me. I was surprised actually. Jay Young from the company helped a lot about the trees and , they are gonna replace the quince tree for a Rainer cherry, which I requested. The other trees are fine with lush leaves, they dont have any fruit this year. But Jay Young explained what can be the reasons, first of all , their first year in a different environment even they are fruiting size. Also Getting them in pairs even it says self fertile , is better to me (more fruit ). The shape and condition of trees are really good now.Whey they delivered the trees they were packed together ,root system were good ,except quince which is taking cared of by them now.Overall it was a pleasant experience and i ll definitely buy more since customer service is really good. At least you can count on them if your trees don't survive they replace it., no wasting your hard earned money
