i have purchased plants from willis 3 times now. on all orders , the plants were of excellent quality and at a very good price . my last order of grapes , blackberry , and a loquat tree are growing very well except for the loquat tree. customer service rep. jay young quickly resolved the issue with the loquat tree . not only excellent quality and price , but they honestly care about their customers !
