The customer service was excellent I had ordered two Perssimmon trees on the internet . I called customer service and was treated very professionally and explained to Mr. Jay that one of tree is dead. After photograph of dead tree . he offer replacement or store credit without wasting time. In future I will prefer to buy more trees from same location
