I placed my order on 2/23 for a +6' Brown Turkey fig tree and specified to have it delivered in spring. There was no communication other than the initial order confirmation. I called on Mon 4/18, the receptionist place my call on hold and checked that my tree was packed and ready to ship on Thurs. I waited another 3 weeks (Mon 5/9) to check on my order, the same receptionist told me that they still haven't shipped my tree and transferred my call to Mr. Jay Young. Whom stated as matter of factly, that they had a harsh winter, they don't have 6ft tree, He couldn't tell me what happened to my tree that was supposed to ship 3 weeks ago. There was no apology for the mixup. Poor customer service! If I hadn't call to followup, they would just keep my money. I will take my business somewhere else!
